(applies to some specific professional brush models only):
What
it covers:
- Manufacturer's
defects
What
is does not cover:
- Wear
and tear (such a ball point tips wearing off, or plastic body
or bristles wearing out over time, etc…)

Abuse (such overheating bristles or brush with a blowdryer)

Physical trauma (breakage not due to defect) Where
is the warranty valid:
- Warranty
is only valid in the United States. Brush must be purchased
from an authorized reseller (professional beauty supply
or salon.) Void where prohibited.
How
it works:
If your
brush has a manufacturer’s defect (as described above),
please call us at 1-800-922-2301
or e-mail us at info@oliviagarden.com.
Mail back your defective brush to Olivia Garden Inc, 2102
Kelley Ct, Pittsburg, CA 94565 along with a copy of the
purchase receipt.
Upon receiving your brush, we will evaluate the cause of
its current condition. If our evaluation reveals that the
brush is defective from manufacturing, we will mail you
a new replacement brush.
Please note that the REPLACEMENT brush is NOT covered by
this limited lifetime warranty.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for mailing.
